ELKHART, IND. – (June 13, 2012) NIBCO INC. introduces the addition of check valves to its growing line of new lead-free* products. Commercial and fire protection wafer check valves in flanged, wafer and grooved end connections are now third-party certified lead free by WQA to NSF/ANSI 372. The new check valves include twin disc, spring actuation, rubber seat and bronze disc features.

“This new offering represents an addition to our extensive line of new lead-free valves,” said Phil Liles, NIBCO senior product manager – valves and actuation. “These check valves meet the lower levels of lead content required to meet NSF/ANSI 372.”
